More About Me

REALTOR

Patti brings a uniquely client-centered and service-driven approach to real estate, shaped by more than two decades of guiding undergraduates, graduate students and alumni through important life decisions. Her experience outside of real estate includes career coaching and teaching at Northeastern University, Western New England University, Providence College, and Roger Williams University. Her work has given her the ability to listen deeply, understand people’s goals, and help them navigate major transitions—skills she brings to every buyer and seller with whom she partners.

Patti holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Stonehill College and a Master of Education from Providence College. As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, she is trained in uncovering clients’ strengths, motivations, and priorities—an advantage that helps her tailor the real estate experience to each individual or family she serves.

Her earlier career includes leadership in both nonprofit and community-focused work, serving as the Executive Director of Rebuilding Together Providence, an organization that rehabilitates homes for low-income, elderly, and disabled homeowners. She also worked as the Newspaper in Education Coordinator at the Providence Journal, strengthening her communication expertise and deepening her ties to the local community.

Today, Patti combines her passion for helping others succeed, her coaching mindset, and her strong communication background to guide clients with clarity, care, and confidence. Whether helping first-time buyers, supporting families as they plan their next chapter, finding that dream home, or assisting sellers in preparing their home for the market, Patti ensures a thoughtful, informed, and personalized real estate journey from beginning to end.

Patti has lived in Cranson, Warwick, and Narragansett, but found her forever home in North Providence. She resides there with her husband Kevin, and two dogs, and will never admit which of the three she favors more.
